“My AC unit Completely stopped pumping cool air at the end of the hot season last year. Thinking I had to replace the whole system, I figured I would put it off until spring and save knowing it would be an expensive replacement. Ironically my neighbor was having his system serviced last week and I was able to approach the technician to schedule a time to take a look at my unit. We scheduled for this week and to my surprise Ed the technician pinpointed the problem. My fan had gone out and needed to be replaced saving me a ton of money. Not knowing a thing about AC, I wonder how many other companies would have been this honest and open with me and not try to pressure me into a whole new unit.
